vv88's Terms and Conditions

  One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person, bonus benefits will be cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.

vv88 provides the facility for financial transactions through Bangladesh's common mobile banking and bank transfer methods.

  Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions can currently be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). New methods will be announced on the website when added.

  Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. No transactions below this amount will be processed.

  Minimum Withdrawal & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a request is processed, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

  Transaction Verification & Security

vv88 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be suspended and relevant authorities will be notified.

• Each withdrawal can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted.

  Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a ৳12,000 deposit earns a maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

  Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applicable only on the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, placing ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets will make winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

  Bonus Validity & General Rules

• If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the specified time after the bonus is issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If the same person attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• vv88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If any irregularity or misuse of bonus benefits is proven, action will be taken against the relevant account.
• Bonuses will always be used after real money.

vv88's VIP program has five tiers, and users at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Tiers are determined based on a user's gaming activity. Continuous active participation is required to advance to higher tiers. vv88 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

vv88 is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of every game on our platform is determined by a neutral algorithm.

  Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Accessing or operating another person's account.

• Collusion or attempting to harm other players through coordinated schemes.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.

  Account Security
